Appeals Policy

Effective Date: 2026-07-01

This Appeals Policy governs requests for the removal of content by any individual depicted therein and is maintained separately from, and in addition to, our general Complaints Policy.

1. Right to Request Removal

Any person who appears in, is depicted in, or is otherwise identifiable in any content displayed on this website (a “Depicted Individual”), or such person’s authorized legal representative, shall have the right to request the removal of such content, irrespective of whether consent to the creation or distribution of said content was previously granted. Consent to the recording or distribution of content may be withdrawn at any time by the Depicted Individual.

2. Submission of Appeals

All appeals for removal of content must be submitted in writing via electronic mail to support@internetkey.com. To facilitate prompt review, the appealing party should include: (a) sufficient information to locate the content at issue, including the URL(s) where such content appears; (b) a statement identifying the appealing party as the Depicted Individual or their authorized representative; and (c) verification of identity sufficient to establish that the appealing party is the person depicted. All identifying information submitted shall be handled confidentially and used solely for purposes of processing the appeal.

3. Review and Resolution

Upon receipt of a valid appeal, we shall review the request and render a determination within seven (7) business days. Where it is established that the appealing party is a Depicted Individual and consent to distribution is absent, invalid, or has been withdrawn, the content at issue shall be removed expeditiously. Content that is the subject of a pending appeal alleging unlawful or non-consensual depiction may be disabled during the pendency of the review.

4. Disputes

In the event a disagreement arises regarding the outcome of an appeal, including any dispute concerning the validity of consent, the Depicted Individual may request that such dispute be resolved by a neutral third party at our expense. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to limit any rights or remedies otherwise available to a Depicted Individual under applicable law.
